Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telematics Solutions Coordinator to support our strategic priorities and enhance the digital value chain ecosystem within our National Sales Division.

This role focuses on strengthening our genuine telematics solutions for Fleet customers and improving in-vehicle connected services for Retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales and aftersales customer support initiatives for our genuine telematics solutions.
  • Collaborate across divisions to drive customer retention strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop processes and reporting frameworks to increase awareness and drive customer onboarding to our Halo and Connected Services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data delivery systems to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Lead cross-divisional working groups to enhance collaboration and optimise service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry with a strong focus on telematics and fleet customer management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skills in VLOOKUP and PivotTables; experience with Power BI for reporting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with customers.
