Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver on cost, service, quality targets through collaboration and accountability.
  • Provide analytical and functional logistics support to the broader Horizon team.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet contract performance expectations.
  • Support feasibility studies across end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, transport.
  • Track project milestones, report on progress budget status.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials scope risks risk mitigation quality standards.
  • Lead future-state process design conduct gap impact analysis.
  • Design execute robust change management program.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment training programs ensure successful adoption.
  • Enable smooth transitions deployment business-as-usual.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified Supply Chain Commerce Engineering IT Finance.
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain operations.
  • Proven project management experience large complex or cross-segment projects.
  • Strong process knowledge across warehousing transport international logistics.
  • Excellent communication collaboration influencing skills.
  • Digital mindset - strong systems capability learning agility.
  • SAP functional knowledge ideally Atlas/SAP ECC6 S/4HANA.
