The National Sales Division at Toyota plays a pivotal role in planning and executing national vehicle sales, fleet operations, integrated planning, logistics, and vehicle connectivity initiatives.
As a key member of this division, the Connect Vehicles Reporting Coordinator is instrumental in enhancing the digital value chain ecosystem. This involves strengthening genuine telematics solutions for Fleet customers and improving in-vehicle connected services for Retail customers.
- Contribute to customer support initiatives by supporting sales and aftersales efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop processes and reporting frameworks to increase awareness and drive customer onboarding to Halo and Connected Services.
- Maintain accurate and timely data delivery to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Lead working groups to foster collaboration and optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, focusing on telematics and fleet customer management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate VLOOKUP and PivotTable skills; Power BI experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer engagement.
