Project Leadership Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled project leader to oversee and manage the delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will drive project plans, ensure consistent quality assurance, and partner with stakeholders to monitor and communicate project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of projects
  • Drive project plans and ensure consistent quality assurance
  • Partner with stakeholders to monitor and communicate project progress, identify challenges, and recommend effective solutions
  • Confidently coordinate change management, training activities, and program-related documentation
  • Work closely with the program manager to monitor and support the progress of projects to ensure seamless delivery against the program timeline, objectives, and governance practices

Requirements:

  • Proven project leadership experience with a good understanding of the project life cycle and strategic development of project plans, objectives, and documentation
  • Excellent consultation, influencing, and negotiation skills and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven capacity to exercise initiative, flexibility, and to be proactive in development of robust solutions to problems
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced
  • Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively with a range of people at different levels
  • Knowledge of resource allocation procedures
  • High level of experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, including MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet competing deadlines by using judgment and initiative
