Our client, a leading Australian infrastructure business is recruiting a Project Delivery Lead to work within their Centre of Excellence, reporting into the Head of EPMO.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a set of frameworks, processes, tools, and artefacts that are suitable for the project execution capabilities, and support the delivery and governance of programs and projects.
- Act as the primary contact for managing cross-practice frameworks, providing expert advice on project management (PM) processes and frameworks to program/project practitioners, stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Advocate for and encourage the use of a consistent and unified approach to program and project management.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks, standard policies, practices, and project deliverables, and obtain approval from relevant discipline owners for any deviations.
- Collaborate with divisional centres of excellence, PMOs, and communities of practice across the group to share best practices in various disciplines.
- Develop and maintain the PM Capability Framework, with input from divisions, and provide guidance and recommendations where necessary.
- Manage and ensure adherence to Program and Project Document/Knowledge Management Standards.
- Ensure that all artefacts, documents, and EPMO materials are stored in a secure repository with version controls, tracking, and security controls in accordance with the group's requirements.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Possesses strong strategic advisory skills and thought leadership, with direct experience in identifying, documenting, and implementing program and project standards.
- Has experience and/or certification in multiple project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and SAFe) and practices.
- Can work effectively within a team and also independently as required.
- Develops trustworthy relationships with stakeholders to facilitate empowered program and project decision-making.
- Possesses strong collaboration and influencing skills, particularly in working with dispersed teams at all levels within the organization.
- Possesses exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and execution skills.
- Has demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of complex projects through effective governance, project management, and planning processes.
- Can adjust their interaction style to suit a range of business and technical audiences.
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of stakeholders, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings.
