Job Overview

The primary objective of the Project Manager role is to acquire and execute projects effectively. Candidates with experience in managing complex projects delivering results to defence are ideal for this position.

This is a new leadership opportunity within an expanding organization focused on project delivery, requiring strategic leadership to ensure project planning, execution, integration, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and prime contractors.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractors efficiently.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
  • Liaise with CASG to meet project requirements.
  • Manage resources and budget effectively.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience working with prime contractors and CASG.
  • A minimum NV1 AGSVA clearance.
