Job Title: Senior Strategic Operations Advisor

As a Senior Strategic Operations Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the establishment of the Tobacco Licensing Scheme and Regulator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on operational projects to support the tobacco licensing scheme and regulator.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and team members.
  • Plan and oversee diverse projects to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in matters of service planning, corporate services, and governance, as well as expertise in managing complex and time-critical projects. They will also possess sound knowledge of Victorian government administrative processes, contractual requirements, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management and corporate services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
