Job Title: Senior Business Strategy Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills? Do you have the ability to work with complex stakeholder groups at various levels and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders?

This role requires a strong business acumen and commercial awareness, along with financial and P&L knowledge. You will be responsible for developing and articulating clear strategic direction, analyzing emerging trends, engaging and influencing stakeholders, and translating and communicating key information.

About This Role:

  • Contribute to long-term strategy development by leveraging teamwork and building relationships with senior leaders across the business.
  • Apply analytical and communication skills to solve complex business problems and facilitate decision-making around strategic priorities.
  • Help define the next wave of growth and work across multiple areas of the business, including product and technology, consumer, business, enterprise, and international.
  • Develop actionable business strategies by analyzing new trends and their impact on long-term needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a clear strategic direction for the organization by leveraging knowledge, commercial acumen, and strategic expertise.
  • Use data and analytics to understand commercial problems, extract meaningful insights, and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including peers and senior executives, to gain buy-in and remove barriers.
  • Prepare decision-making materials for the CEO, leadership team, and board to drive senior engagement and insights.
