The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and communicating updates to leadership.

- Providing compliance advice to the business on proposals and regulatory issues.

- Assisting relationships with regulators and maintaining relevant registers.

- Promoting internal compliance awareness and developing competence through training initiatives.

- Assisting the management of frontline compliance and quality assurance functions.

- Coordinating incident and breach reporting processes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in corporate compliance with strong analytical skills.

- Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and manage relationships with regulators.

- Strong knowledge of ASIC regulations and Australian general insurance industry.

- Self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills.
