With local manufacturing and global sourcing capabilities, our network controls a vertically-integrated supply chain from design and manufacture to warehousing and supply.

In this role, you will oversee production and operational activities across all business units and provide production strategy support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing and production activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
  • Optimise production processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximise productivity and minimise costs.
  • Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure seamless production execution and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the production facility and warehouse.
  • Manage budgets and costs to ensure production operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and quality control principles

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective communication and collaboration abilities

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using relevant software and systems for inventory management and production tracking

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance within the workplace
