We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to lead our team in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and business development professional to deliver exceptional results and drive growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets for a territory, executing pricing strategies, and building and enhancing the WG&S portfolio through Distribution, Activation & Visibility.
A key aspect of this role will be managing a set call cycle effectively to maximize productivity, covering key customers locally and regionally, and ensuring real-time data is recorded and maintained via the company's Customer Relationship Management system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide tailored proposals and recommendations to drive new opportunities for customers and the portfolio.
Activating and analyzing promotion/activation activity, sharing information/learning's across the business, proactively reporting on competitor activity and market intelligence.
As a mid-senior level sales and business development professional, you will have a strong background in beverage manufacturing and excellent knowledge of the Australian market.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets, who can work effectively in a team environment and has a passion for driving business growth.
