Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Job Description: We are seeking a visionary leader to join our esteemed Board as a transformative governance professional. This role involves driving strategic oversight and championing innovation in the sectors of aged care, disability, children's services, or similar fields.

As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic expertise, oversee risk management and governance, and influence policy development to strengthen community outcomes. Your strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with our Co-CEOs, Executive, and fellow Directors will be instrumental in setting and progressing our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic guidance in aged care, disability, and children's services
  • Overseeing risk management and governance functions
  • Influencing policy development to enhance community outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair with strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
  • Strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
  • Lived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectors
