About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and progress to Chair or Deputy Chair with mentorship support.

  • Apply fundamental principles in Board decision-making
  • Collaborate with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
