Job Description:

Seeking visionary leaders to join our progressive and transformational Board, providing strategic oversight, ensuring strong governance, and championing innovation.

  • Apply the organization's values and fundamentals in Board decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair, with strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills.

  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
  • Lived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectors
