Board Leadership Opportunity

Leadership is a vital component of any organisation, and as a Board Director with Intereach, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact.

You will be working alongside a transformational board to provide strategic oversight and ensure strong governance. The role requires championing innovation and contributing to the delivery of our new strategic plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply organisational values and fundamentals in decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with the executive and fellow directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide expert advice in aged care, disability, children's services or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance and performance monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a board director, chair or deputy chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
