At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional vacation experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. Our team of passionate professionals is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with resort operations to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
  • This role requires weekend and public holiday shifts

What You'll Bring:

  • No experience required
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
