Job Summary

The Night All Rounder will be responsible for ensuring seamless after-hour operations at our resort and Reception. This includes security patrols, public area cleaning, and attending to owner requests. You'll also provide top-notch guest services, offer local insights, and exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct security inspections/patrols with confidence and attention to detail
  • Recognize and solve problems in the workplace with ease
  • Perform routine cleaning and clerical tasks with precision
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and cash handling duties
  • Work a 7-day week roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a real 'people person,' genuinely enjoy getting to know others, and possess excellent communication skills. A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential.
