Job Description:

The role of Principal Environmental Officer is a critical position within the Minerals Business Centre, Environmental Services and Regulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking statutory assessment functions for mineral mining and downstream mineral mining projects across Queensland.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a geology or geochemistry professional to apply their skills in industrial and mining processes. As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure effective management of mining waste, storage, and disposal.

About the Role:
