Job Overview

Maintenance professionals play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of restaurant facilities.

The primary focus is on maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain internal and external areas to ensure a clean and well-functioning environment.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and the restaurant environment is free from hazards.
  • Manage exterior spaces including car parks, patios and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain the back-of-house area, including rubbish and staff toilets.
  • Comply with safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
  • Complete ad-hoc maintenance tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Well-presented and friendly demeanor.
  • Availability to work early mornings.
  • Able to complete tasks including mopping, scrubbing, ladder climbing, cleaning windows and toilets.
  • Confident in interacting with customers, suppliers or contractors.
  • Capable of responding to various alerts and alarms.
  • Resilient and adaptable with a positive mindset.
  • Police check required (for applicants over 18 years). Valid right to work in Australia also required.
