Job Description">

The role of Technology Training Centre Coordinator is a key position within our Learning and Development team. This coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Technology Training Centre in Collie, Western Australia.

This includes ensuring a safe and rewarding experience for all users, developing and implementing facilities management programs, and coordinating site activities between WesTrac teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facilities management programs, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
  • Manage site operations, including security, car parking, kitchen facilities, contract maintenance, and waste management
  • Coordinate site activities between WesTrac teams and customers using the facility
  • Assist in developing and managing promotional events and projects related to the facility

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration, planning, and scheduling, logistics or facility management is essential
  • Proven ability to manage internal/external customer relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Understanding of HSEQ Management Systems and relevant ISO standards
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant State Legislation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Trade Certificate and mobile equipment knowledge or mechanical aptitude (desirable)
  • Safety or mining industry qualification (desirable)
