**Infrastructure Directorate**
The Infrastructure Directorate is the City of Stirling’s largest and most diverse Directorate, managing many of the City’s important assets and services while delivering a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects.
This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City’s sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling’s vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods and thriving communities.
**About the Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
The duties of the Facilities Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
- Being an enthusiastic team member with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating a result driven attitude.
- Exercising finely tuned decision-making skills.
- Using high level organisational and time management skills.
**About You**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a building/facilities management and service delivery environment.
- Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications in a Facilities related discipline.
- Experience in managing service contracts.
- Well-developed written & verbal communication.
- A working understanding of the requirements for multiple trades, such as refrigeration, plumbing, general building maintenance and fire protection systems.
- A proven track record of safety management in an industrial or building environment.
- ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.

This temporary full-time position is a Level 7 Inside Workforce Agreement positions which attract a salary from $96,731.43 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.
**To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a**:
- A copy of Australian driving licence.
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months).
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance.
- The right to work in Australia.
