
Part-Time Business Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Administrator to join our operations team, providing part-time administrative support and project assistance on a minimum 3 days a week basis. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations and project control management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
- Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support to the team.
- Provide office support, including procurement of office supplies, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
- Assist with tendering processes and marketing collateral preparation.
- Ensure delegated tasks are completed within allocated timeframes and budgets.
- Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.
- On an ad hoc basis, provide support to other teams (requiring occasional travel).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
- Current full Victorian Driver's License.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices for support.
- Experience in office administration roles.
- Experience supporting technical projects.
- Management support experience.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
