We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Guest Services Representative. This role is employed on a casual basis with an hourly rate of $31.23 per hour, plus shift allowances.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, professionally, and efficiently, check them in and out of the hotel, and handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Breakfast and Bar Service: Assist with breakfast set up and bar service, if and when required.
- Function and Conference Support: Assist with servicing function/conference rooms and assist with reservations across multiple departments such as restaurant, conference, and accommodation.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Work Ethic and Reliability: Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Qualifications and Certifications: RSA certification is required.
- Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $31.23 per hour, plus shift allowances.
