About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Participant Services Officer to join our team at Mai-Wel. As an NDIS specialist, you will be responsible for managing participant information, ensuring compliance with NDIS funding requirements, and providing specialist advice to help participants reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage participant data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve participant queries and escalate when needed.
  • Work closely with service teams to meet participant outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with NDIS frameworks and financial policies.
  • Contribute to reporting, decision-making and system improvements.
  • Ability to assist team with leave coverage, as required.

About You:

  • Experience working with NDIS funding and frameworks.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Certificate IV in Business, Administration, or a related field.
