Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Project Designer to drive our architectural projects in Perth, Western Australia. This key role involves directing project delivery strategies, collaborating with clients and colleagues, and ensuring technical excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Directing projects with supervision from a Technical Director of Architecture
  • Establishing project delivery strategies and developing project plans
  • Collaborating on the design and documentation of projects across different typologies
  • Leading technical performance on projects and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Participating in local and national project reviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Registration with the Institute of Architects (preferred)
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and consulting
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards
  • Proficient in Autodesk, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
