Project Design Lead
">Experienced project design leads are sought after by top-tier construction companies to oversee the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while meeting client expectations.
">- Select and engage consultants to produce high-quality construction documentation.
- Manage consultants and coordinate the documentation process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular design meetings to address project progress and concerns.
- Foster effective communication with clients, designers, and stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Ensure seamless handover of documentation to the construction team and provide support during the construction phase as needed.
Key Qualifications:
">- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a project design lead role, preferably within a head contractor environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in ECI and Tender Phase, as well as Construction & Delivery Phase, with a focus on new build construction projects valued at $30M+.
