Lead project design and scope from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain the comprehensive Design Plan throughout the project duration.
  • Coordinate the design process among team members, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Regularly monitor and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of allocated design resources.
  • Plan and conduct necessary reviews, verifications, and validations to ensure design quality and compliance.
  • Verify that the final design meets safety, environmental, construction, commissioning, and operating requirements.

For this role, we seek a highly qualified individual with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Civil/Structural. Prior experience in managing large-scale utilities projects is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
