Job Title: Customer Solutions Expert

Our company is seeking a skilled professional to join our sales team as a Customer Solutions Expert. In this role, you will work with various clients across the foodservice and hospitality industries, providing customized cleaning and sanitizing solutions tailored to their specific needs.

As a Customer Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, servicing, and maintaining ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems that drive positive guest experiences and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
  • Demonstrating safe equipment use, ensuring that customer facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained.
  • Managing parts inventory, usage, and cost.
  • Completing and uploading required reports on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* A strong background in mechanical problem-solving, preferably with experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical repair in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa.

* Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications, such as HVAC, HVAC/R, EPA Type 1, EPA Type 2, or EPA Universal certification, and CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association).

* Excellent customer service skills, with direct experience interfacing with customers.

* Previous business-to-business commercial sales or outside sales experience.
