About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Storage Solutions Expert. This role is critical in providing customer-facing expertise for enterprise accounts, focusing on selling storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective deal life cycles, from pipeline creation to account planning and solution design initiation.
  • Analyze customer needs to position and expand sales opportunities for storage offerings.
  • Partner with sellers to negotiate pricing, profitability, and SLA requirements.
  • Assess customer business problems and opportunities to highlight strengths and competitive advantages of storage solutions.
  • Maximize deal profitability through negotiation and proposal writing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in large services-based organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements.
  • Passion for problem-solving and data-driven analysis.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Candidate should be able to influence without authority and team effectively at all levels.
