Position Overview

This role is situated within our distribution center and is distinct from retail store operations.

As a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as a vital advocate for our customers. Motivated by the needs of our valued clientele, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, complemented by exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business.

Your success and advancement will be assessed based on your efficiency in order picking and packing, your support of inventory management practices, adherence to operational protocols, and your contributions to fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Collaboration is key in this role, and you must thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

All tasks must align with company policies and glamaCo's high operational standards.

Our distribution center operates five days a week, Monday through Friday, with available shifts in the morning or daytime. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of five days per week, averaging 38 hours, from the same location. Specific shift options will be communicated to shortlisted candidates. Extended hours may be required during peak periods, and compensation will align with applicable award provisions.

This position is dynamic and can be physically intensive.

Candidate Profile

A positive attitude is crucial in our hiring process. We seek motivated, diligent, and adaptable candidates who embody a proactive mindset. Our team is diverse, with members from various industries and educational backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service or high-volume retail is advantageous, and familiarity with the hair, beauty, and health sectors is a plus. Being a current customer of glamaCo can also be beneficial.
