Position Overview

This role is situated within our distribution center and is not store-based.

As a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as a representative of glamaCo's commitment to customer satisfaction. Motivated by our valued customers, your goal will be to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Your performance and career advancement will be assessed based on your efficiency in order picking and packing, adherence to inventory management protocols, compliance with operational procedures, and contributions to fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Collaboration within our cohesive team is essential, and you must thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

All tasks performed in this role must align with company policies and the high standards set by glamaCo.

Our distribution center operates five days a week, with shifts available in the morning or daytime. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of five days per week, averaging 38 hours, from the same location. Detailed shift options will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Note that extended hours may be required during peak seasons, and compensation will align with relevant award provisions.

This position is dynamic and can be physically demanding at times.
