Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as Christmas Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and personalized service to customers, helping them find the perfect gift or jewellery piece.
  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
