Role Overview

This position is within our distribution center and does not involve retail store duties.

As a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate, you will act as a representative of glamaCo, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, all while providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business.

Your performance and career advancement will be assessed based on your picking and packing efficiency, your support of inventory management practices, adherence to operational protocols, and your contributions to fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Collaboration is key; you must be able to work effectively within our team and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

All tasks must align with company policies and glamaCo's high operational standards.

The glamaCo distribution center operates five days a week, with available shifts in the morning or daytime. You are required to be available for at least five days per week, averaging 38 hours, while working from the same location. Specific shift options will be communicated to shortlisted candidates. Extended hours may be necessary during peak seasons, and compensation will align with applicable award provisions.

This role demands a high level of energy and can be physically intensive.

Candidate Profile
