The role of a Digital Marketing Manager involves driving customer acquisition and growth across personal loan, credit card, and lending products. This includes managing and optimising digital marketing channels, expanding into new opportunities for acquisition, and ensuring accurate reporting from ads to funded loans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and growth.
- Expand into new opportunities for acquisition beyond Google, Meta, and Bing.
- Ensure accurate reporting from ads to funded loans using GA4 and attribution tools.
- Manage conversion rate optimisation testing in collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams to improve funnel performance.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing with proven results in campaign management and CRO.
- Hands-on experience running or managing multi-channel campaigns with strong focus on expansion.
- Strong understanding of analytics and tracking with deep expertise in GA4.
- Experience with attribution tools and ability to build accurate reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to share results and insights.
- Highly organised and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
