We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead and support contract management activities across complex projects and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and client executives to deliver contractual agreements and manage risk.
  • Provide expert advice on contract negotiation, drafting, and governance throughout the full life-cycle.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and compliance risks.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting team members, sharing expertise and building capability.

To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement, as well as strong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, and governance frameworks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in investigations, compliance, or risk management will be highly regarded.
