Contract Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team in a high-profile environment where you'll drive value through effective contract management. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your commercial, legal, and risk expertise into a dynamic setting where you'll lead and support contract management activities across complex projects and portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement. A strong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, and governance frameworks is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and possess professional certifications such as World Commerce & Contracting (WCC/IACCM) or NCMA.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and compliance risks. If you have a passion for mentoring and supporting team members, sharing expertise and building capability, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support contract management activities across complex projects and portfolios.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and client executives to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
  • Provide advice on contract negotiation, drafting, and governance throughout the full life-cycle.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and compliance risks.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing expertise and building capability.
