Transformative Strategy and Corporate Finance Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager, responsible for undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes.

  • You will work within small project teams to conduct thorough valuations, including assessing strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • You will be responsible for managing and preparing valuation reports, which may include evaluating the feasibility of transactions and providing expert advice on financial matters.
  • You will think critically, identify key issues, and propose effective strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • You will maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other teams, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, approximately 3-7 years of relevant experience, and a degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

A direct experience utilizing various valuation techniques and methodologies, such as market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc., for different purposes is desired.

Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software is preferred.

Candidates should also have excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
