Lead HR Professional

Job Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in HR, with a focus on contracts and compliance.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Experience supervising a team and managing competing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment to data privacy, document control, and continuous improvement.
