
HR Compliance Specialist

Job Description:
- Lead the delivery of employment contracts with precision and timeliness.
- Coach and support a small team to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Review and improve workflows for contract generation and compliance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to legislation, awards, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support seamless onboarding and workforce governance.
- Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in HR, with a focus on contracts and compliance.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments.
- Experience supervising a team and managing competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to data privacy, document control, and continuous improvement.
