Role Overview

The Roster Coordinator is responsible for managing client and staff schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery and fairness in round allocations.

  • Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules, prioritizing consistency, efficiency and fairness.
  • Maintain accurate data on care worker information, collaborating with the centralised support team to ensure seamless operations.

This is a Full Time Opportunity for an experienced Roster Coordinator to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on delivering exceptional scheduling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities, maintaining high levels of productivity and organisation.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering or data analytics.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
