Workforce Planning Specialist

Are you ready to take flight in a dynamic and fast-paced aviation industry? A global leader in airport services is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Workforce Coordinators.

This key role ensures that the right people are in the right place at the right time by adjusting rosters in real-time and planning workforce coverage up to 72 hours ahead. The Workforce Coordinator will manage manpower planning, communicate with airline partners and airport stakeholders, and support internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Proactively review and adjust rosters with a 72-hour forward-planning scope to ensure effective coverage across all operational areas.
  • Monitor key operational drivers such as flight schedules, load factors, baggage volumes, and freight loads to ensure resourcing aligns with daily service requirements.
  • Continuously assess and refine resource plans in response to disruptions such as off-schedule flights, gate or bay changes, and irregular operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills, as well as clear and confident communication. They will be comfortable working across a 24/7 rotating roster and have solid computer literacy.
