Roster Coordinators play a vital role in managing schedules of Home Care Workers to ensure clients receive proper care.

In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining rosters/schedules for Home Care Workers in Northern Sydney. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage rosters/schedules for Home Care Workers with efficiency and fairness.
  • Administer client and staff schedules while maintaining care worker contracted hours.
  • Maintain up-to-date care worker data and system administration as part of the centralized support team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre work.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with experience in a similar role.
  • Natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
