About the Role- Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and manage weekly invoices, as well as end-of-month reports and management reports.
- Take new client leads and filter them through to solicitors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Monitor trust balances and prepare trust transfers, as well as chase outstanding debts.
- Manage membership and industry renewals, and monitor court matters and dates.
- Organize office supplies and consumables, and monitor and approve staff leave requests.
- Lead the admin team, providing induction, staff training, mentoring, workflow, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement employee policies, and manage the firm's website and social media presence.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring the firm remains competitive and efficient.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a passion for law and a drive to succeed. You will have a degree in a business-related field, and be able to take initiative and work full-time Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be a real go-getter, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. You will be interested in being involved in the success of the firm and looking for a new 'home' on a long-term basis.
What We OfferThis firm is offering a competitive remuneration package up to $120K, depending on experience, and a collegiate team environment. You will be provided with great mentorship and the opportunity to work in a well-established family law practice.
