
Expert Case Resolution Specialist

As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating end-to-end management of cases. This involves identifying and mitigating risks, prioritizing matters, and ensuring timely resolution.
Your primary objective will be to oversee the entire case lifecycle, from initial assessment to final resolution. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. You must also be able to work autonomously and make sound decisions independently.
Requirements:- Previous experience working in a case management, complaints resolution, insurance or legislative based role

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of various stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and to work through conclusions independently
In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive hourly rate + 11% superannuation. Additionally, you will have access to dedicated support and guidance throughout your assignment.
On an initial casual contract through Hays for 12 months, you will develop your skills in a highly sought-after agency and have the potential for longer-term employment.
