Job Title: Dispute Resolution Specialist

Our ideal candidate will work as a Dispute Resolution Specialist, responsible for managing and resolving customer disputes in accordance with Department policy and legislation.

The role involves claims processing, liaison with medical providers, communication with customers and their representatives, and maintaining accurate records.
