As an experienced leader in healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care across multidisciplinary allied health services. The scope of this position includes supporting individuals impacted by Parkinson's, Stroke, Arthritis, and other related conditions.
This leadership position oversees the clinical and operational functions of Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Counselling, Client Engagement, and support staff within South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, and Northern Territory. Your focus will be on ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care that meets best practice standards and complies with accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver expert, evidence-based clinical services and consultative advice for clients with complex neurological and movement disorders.
- Mentor and support staff through supervision, feedback, and professional development to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the allied health team, including workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and resource allocation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for service development, quality improvement, and enhanced patient outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the Program Director to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and optimal resource utilisation. As a champion of team culture, you will support staff development and foster a collaborative environment that empowers our people and broadens our service impact.
