About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned clinician to lead our care team and provide high-quality, consumer-centric delivery of care.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach and supervise a team of healthcare professionals while providing care to residents in real-time.

This role requires strong clinical knowledge and the ability to develop and manage high-quality clinical care plans and monitoring.

You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively manage consumer feedback and liaise with families and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement effective clinical care plans and monitoring
  • Provide coaching and supervision to team members
  • Maintain open lines of communication with families and external stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in nursing or a related field
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • An ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Evidence of Covid-19 and Seasonal flu vaccinations
