Your OpportunityAs the Director Service Delivery and Performance, you will join the Senior Leadership team to deliver on the strategic objectives within the hospital at home, community health, and other service delivery programs.
You will manage a large multidisciplinary team across clinical and non-clinical functions, lead, mentor, and inspire the workforce, embed innovative models of care, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure safe, seamless, high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will also provide strategic oversight of budgets and financial performance, ensuring operational decisions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Furthermore, you will oversee and exceed regulatory and compliance requirements, driving continuous improvement using data-driven decisions.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing, or Allied Health.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in hospital, community health, or acute/sub-acute healthcare service delivery.
- Proven success in managing budgets, financial performance, and large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead change, innovation, and best practice.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
