
Indigenous Research Project Coordinator

As a Project Manager within our Indigenous Research Unit, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of large-scale research projects aimed at improving Indigenous health and wellbeing outcomes.
Working closely with diverse stakeholders, including Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations and international collaborators, you will contribute to policy development and reform while driving project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Project Delivery: Manage multiple large-scale research projects, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with diverse partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Research Support: Manage budgets and contribute to the development of reports and presentations for various audiences.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain comprehensive project tracking registers.
- Experience in project management, particularly in the higher education research sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
