Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will provide expert advisory leadership, gather and validate requirements, and lead clients through implementations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Ready TLM implementations, strong knowledge of solution design, and excellent stakeholder management skills. They should also be able to mentor and coach peers, and possess a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advisory leadership across Augmentation & Direct Work streams.
  • Gather, validate, and translate requirements into tailored solution designs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on UKG Ready TLM modules.
  • Lead clients through implementations, testing, and adoption of solutions.
  • Mentor consultants, sharing best practices to uplift delivery quality.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless governance and strong client engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' hands-on experience with UKG Ready TLM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of solution design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
