Expert in Education Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an Education Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an expert in this field, you will contribute to the effective implementation of evidence-based practices in schools.
About the RoleThis is a key function within our organisation, responsible for building internal coherence on evidence-informed implementation approaches, supporting the communication of implementation project learnings, and developing guidance to help schools implement evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with senior advisors, implementation managers, and evaluation staff to build a thorough understanding of our approach to the implementation of evidence-based practices in school settings.
- Provide advisory support to other project teams and divisions working towards the implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Develop implementation content and materials that effectively capture and promote implementation research, project learnings, and evaluation findings.
- Develop, adapt, and build on implementation resources, ensuring all guidance is informed by implementation-related research project learnings and evaluation findings.
- Keep abreast of implementation science research and other literature as it relates to the effective implementation of evidence in school settings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., education, health).
- Knowledge and experience in implementation science, behaviour change, professional learning, evidence use, and/or evidence-based practices.
- Experience in education, education-related projects, and/or working with schools.
- A competitive base salary plus superannuation.
